Friends tv show: I never got Phoebe's joke...?

Phoebe (imitating Amanda): "Oh, I've slept with Billy Joel."
(back to her normal voice) "Alright, who hasn't?"
I know Billy Joel got married a couple of times, is that why they said
it? I never got it.
