Injunction declined in Capitol-ReDigi situation

A federal judge in NY has declined a preliminary injunction request by Capitol Records within the suit against digital music resale firm ReDigi. Ruling late Tuesday by U.S. District Court Judge Richard J. Sullivan could open the entrance with a protracted and complicated legal fight in regards to the authenticity of cloud-based "selling" of digital products.
